No better way than to cross off an item from the bucket list and fulfill a childhood dream. I FINALLY GOT TO GO TO THE JFK SPACE CENTER.
If you don’t know, I’m obsessed with space and all things the universe, I mean how could you not be, its human nature right? This place was like my number one destination I wanted to go, IN THE WORLD. It was a big deal to me. My mom brought me out there for my birthday. If that aint #1 Mom material I dont know what is.
There’s so many things I could say about this place, it blew my fucking mind wide open like I took 10 hits of acid or something… our universe, our planet, our people, are just so fuckin amazing and interesting… there’s always more to learn, and in the grand scheme of things, we don’t know shit….
The complex is amazing and has so much cool shit to see and do, all of which is some of the most inspiring shit ever. They have it set up really cool. The rockets are massive, the thrusters are even bigger, the engines and mechanics of everything is just on a scale you can’t fully grasp without being right next to it.
I feel compelled to mention that seeing all this has solidified my view point on Flat Eathers. I cannot fathom how anyone would think all this shit is fake lol. I really do think they ALL are trolling like the “birds aren’t real” community, they have to be. Like this would be the most elaborate and most expensive hoax ever, and for what?
That was the big takeaway from the birthday getaway. Other than the space center we spent most our time going out to eat, chilling at the beach, spending time with my grandma and grandpa, AND we went and saw the new Nic Cage movie, The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent, and it was excellent, highly recommended. Also went to the nude beach, that was a sight to see.
