You know I have an amazing gift from god. I don’t care what people think about me, I really don’t give a shit lol. Its something I’ve been aware of for quite some time, its an amazing and liberating feeling. I’ve wanted to teach people this magic for the longest time but I didn’t know how, I would say “idk man, you just don’t care, ya know?” lol not the best advice to achieve this.
But something dawned on me and I have a way of putting this in to perspective. Which hopefully everyone will be able to utilize.
Social Media is the key to this.
Here’s what you do, go to dam near any post on social media, and read the comments. You will no doubt see hundreds of comments from idiots. Take the recent Joe Rogan Controversy for example. There were thousands of posts with thousands of comments about this. The majority from people who not only have never met Joe Rogan, but they’ve never listened to one episode of his show. Yet here they come, commenting on who Joe Rogan is like they’ve known the man personally for years.
You see this on any political post as well. These people think they know what they are talking about, when they don’t. After reading these ignorant comments, you realize how frequent people get it wrong.
You could have a perfect movie. 999/1000 people think its the greatest movie ever made. Trust that there will always be that 1 guy that needs to be different. Who cant let people enjoy things for some reason. He will be online, talking shit on the greatest movie ever made looking like a fool. All while being 100% convinced that everyone else is the fool.
You wouldn’t think it possible, but there is actually someone out there that hated Robin Williams. Which is insane.
So ask yourself, why would you give a fuck what stupid people think? THE ANSWER IS YOU SHOULDN’T.
people are judging without context
These people are missing 90% of the context. They are judging your entire character based off one tiny interaction. That they misinterpreted or misunderstood. That’s not your fault. Nor is it your responsibility to teach them. To correct them on what they got wrong, of course you can, but no need to feel obligated.
They say ignorance is bliss. Let them enjoy the bliss.
I hope this can help people. I see so many people saying they don’t want to create content. Hell they don’t even want to post a picture cuz their worried what people will think. It makes me sad.
Hell, even when they have the context they get it wrong, it can all be right in front of their face and they still don’t see it. Take this comedy skit with Johnny Depp and Ricky Gervais for example. there are countless idiots in the comment section that some how think its real lol.
If Joe Rogan can have thousands of hours of content. That will show you what he is about and the type of person he is, but people still mis-label him. Say things that are untrue. Because they either misunderstood what he was saying or they haven’t even listened to a minute of his show. Then what hope do the rest of us have?
If people thought Jim Carrey getting kicked out of the Oscars was serious/real and not a comedy bit. Well then, there’s no hope for these people lol, its not our fault, its more of a them problem.
If you know thyself, and know what type of person you are deep down, well that’s all that matters. If you go around worrying about what others think, your gonna have a miserable life. You will never make everyone happy. There will always be idiots of the world ready to pass ridiculous judgement on others. As a way to make them feel better about their shitty lives.
Know Where Negativity Comes From
Knowing for someone to be negative means they are coming from a bad place in their own life is a huge thing for all this. Take for example, a 40 yr old burger flipper at McDonalds who has no ambition. No motivation to better his position in life. Yet has the audacity to criticize someone like Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos. For no reason other than to take away from their accomplishments. So they can make themselves feel better. Saying something like “yeah if my parents were rich I could do it too”! No, you couldn’t, you would have blown your inheritance in 6 months on cocaine and hookers lol. You think Elon Musk concerns himself with the opinions of these people? No, cuz he knows these people are stupid or missing context, or more times than not, both.
It Doesnt Matter What You Do! It Will Never Be Enough!
Elon musk is providing Ukrainians with free internet. PEOPLE CRITICIZED HIM FOR THIS. It goes to show you, no matter what you do, it could be the greatest thing ever, and people will hate.
This life is short. Spend your time exactly how you want to without worrying what everyone else thinks of you. Or says about you.
Ill leave you with one of a many personal experiences I have with this. I made a post on fb one day, some chick from my hometown shared it and was talking shit about me. I commented something on her post, her and her friends and army of simps tried going to war with me. They were calling me every name in the book. Trying to make me feel stupid, sad, angry and anything else they could do, but guess what? I felt nothing lol, I mean, how on earth am I going to let a bunch of strangers effect the way I feel, like at all? Well the answer is, I’m not, and because of this it was easy for me to keep a level head and destroy them all lol.
I don’t recommend anyone being like me. I don’t think yall could handle it. If there is one thing I want people to follow my lead on, its being able to live an amazing carefree life. At least when it comes to others opinions, we all still have legitimate worries of course.
For an example of this in others, look no further than the @influencersinthewild Instagram page. We love to laugh at these people, but you really have to envy them. They are truly in their own world unconcerned with the judgement of others.
